Download theme, unzip and place it in the "themes" folder.

Folder "themes" for different operating systems:
Windows 7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\.purple\themes
Windows Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\.purple\themes
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\.purple\themes
Windows ME: C:\Windows\Profiles\username\.purple\themes
Windows 98: C:\Windows\Profiles\username\.purple\themes

Ubuntu: home/username/.purple/themes/
Debian: home/username/.purple/themes/
